​BioExcel LLC ("BioExcel") welcomes you.  We invite you to access and use our online services which are made available to you through our website.  We provide our Services to Visitors subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.  By browsing the public areas of the Platform or by accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”).  If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Services.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information and for restricting access to your computer.  Although every effort is made to secure network communications, BioExcel cannot ensure the privacy of online communications. Individuals using online services should take steps to protect personal information, such as closing the web browser when finished using the site. Failure to do so may result in personal information being viewed by someone else using the same computer.

The Content is protected under both United States and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You have no rights in or to the Content, and you will not use the Content except as permitted under this Agreement. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from us. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. Information Collection and Use

 

BioExcel collects personally identifiable information when you visit BioExcelConsulting.com pages, and when you request information on products or services. BioExcel may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners through your use of a credit card.  Such information is protected to the best of our ability and no personal credit information is stored on our servers.

 

​​When you subscribe to our Update newsletter, submit a contact form, we may ask for your name, email address, zip code, and more, in the case of funds processing. Some of this information is automatically recorded on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

 

​We use information for three general purposes:

 

1)  to fulfill your requests for certain products and services

2)  to contact you about special events and promotions

 

3)  to periodically inform you of our company's status

 

 

​Credit Privacy

 

All transactions between your company and BioExcel are kept strictly confidential and we will not use your information in any way without your express written permission.

 

If you purchase/contract with BioExcel, your payment method is protected and all credit services are transferred to a secure server and all information provided will remain with that entity. BioExcel will receive your purchase amount and name but no credit information.

 

​Tax Information

 

In some cases, local entities must collect sales tax by law. If it is deemed required based on the product or service and/or your location, we must charge the applicable tax and will forward it to the proper taxing authority. 

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

 

We do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Except in cases for purposes of payment through credit card services, your information shall remain private and only what is actually required to complete the credit transaction will be shared. Should it become necessary to share your information with another company to provide a specific product or service, we will send it only to a company that works on behalf of BioExcel in order to fulfill your contract. These companies do not have the right to use the information for any purpose other than what is necessary to assist us.
